Team Bios

	After 17 years as a locksmith, Tom "T" Rubenoff joined the Security Lock Distributors sales team. Through the years at SLD, Tom has grown with the company, gaining experience in helping to design complex electronic locking and access control systems. In 2005 he was made leader of the A Team, where he provides sales and technical expertise to customers and team members.
	David Schwartz is President of Security Lock Distributors. SLD started as a locksmith shop in Brookline, where David worked as a locksmith with his father and brothers.. David has years of experience as a locksmith and heads one of the leading distributors of door hardware in the United States.
	David Jeschke has years of hands on experience as a field locksmith and access control installer as well as years of experience in sales in a hardware distribution environment. It is hard to find a friendlier or more competant salesperson in this business than David Jeschke.
	Johnny Smith has experience as a locksmith, warehouse worker, outside sales rep, counter salesperson, warehouse manager, and distribution branch manager spanning 24 years.  Rely on him for expertise at any level of the security and builders hardware business.
	Judi Shargabian worked as a customer service representative for another distributor in the New England area for many years before joining us at SLD. There she did everything from accounts receiveable to order entry. Here she is an expert at resolving shipping issues with UPS and straightened out accouts receiveable issues.
	Carole Kelley-Day began in 1985 as a customer service rep for a local distributor in the New England area.  There she supported the outside sales force, hunting down hard-to-find products, often acting as customer liaison.  Over the years she developed her own following of loyal customers.  Last year she joined the accounting department at Security Lock Distributors.  Her move to customer service has been long anticipated.  If you need anything – be it an RMA or a replacement order – give her a call at extension 7207.
	Jen Demeglio worked for years in sales and customer service in the glass industry before coming to SLD. Here she has acquired new knowledge that she puts to excellent use, providing excellent sales expertise for our local customers that pick up their orders in person.
